一、依據103年6月11日「桃園縣各界紀念大成至聖先師孔子誕辰2564週年釋奠典禮籌備會」會議決議辦理。
二、「103年桃園縣各界紀念大成至聖先師孔子誕辰2564週年釋奠典禮」當日相關活動流程如下：
(一)7時至8時，崇聖祠祭祀典禮。
(二)8時至9時，大成殿釋奠典禮。
(三)9時，發放智慧糕及紀念品。
三、另於9月27日8時辦理習儀（正式彩排），歡迎各界踴躍參與。
